I joined the 6 week challenge and it is one of the best decisions I have made. The classes are fun and workouts are different everyday. I was really nervous joining initially but trainers are super friendly and made me feel comfortable. The nutrition book was good in getting me used to eating a clean diet.

If you're looking for a new way of working out that holds you accountable, pushes you, and makes you feel great inside and out, Maine Warrior Gym is the place. As a former athlete approaching his 50's, I thought my days of team training were over. I've had multiple joint surgeries and one knee replacement and I thought I was done. MWG has made me feel almost athletic again, and my body feels better than it has in almost 20 years. The trainers and staff are fantastic, and teach technique over everything else. I can't recommend MWG enough!!

For anyone that hasn’t been moving as much as they used too (I’m talking to all my peers who have sedentary jobs) the Warrior gym has done great things for me over the past few months. The Warrior gym is not the same old thing I used to do at regular gyms. Every day is different with a great 45 minutes of exercise. They also have a number of different classes that meet everyone’s needs. The Warrior Gym is a great place to get yourself moving again. It’s been great for me!

I joined the 6 Week Challenge, and it was a great decision! I needed motivation to get back into a healthy lifestyle and this worked for me. You get a meal plan that is delicious and easy to follow and you also get to attend the fun workout classes where you never get bored. I need to schedule everything, so having to show up a class that I've signed up for was the motivation I needed! I highly recommend this gym for everyone of varying fitness levels. It's not intimidating and everyone is really nice and ready to help you out!

If you're doing the 6 week challenge go to the front of the building. You will see a sign on the door. If you're doing the obstacle area go to the back of the building.
10 for your first time then 15 after that.
We have classes for age 1 and up! Our open gym sessions are for ages 5 and up.
