I rarely write reviews, but took my kids to Urban Air today and was really disappointed by how yucky this place has gotten- we have come here for years- but the last couple years have apparently been a bit rough on the place. There is duct tape everywhere repairing things, and not effectively. Holes ripped in stuff, it makes me wonder how safe the equipment is if this is the forward facing- front of house look. The staff was so uninterested- eating at the front desk, on their cell phones, going into this area below the trampolines to hang out- and yelling at my kid when he was intrigued by what they were doing. The bathrooms had no soap and were disguising. I’m not sure where the $$ is going but clearly not into the upkeep of the location! They need a serious update and also some management that can actually manage the place and keep it safe for our little ones. There wasn’t even an attendant to monitor the kids at the spot where you jump into the large air filled balloon thing (I don’t know what they call it), which I’ve never seen before. It’s not safe- a child could jump right in top of another kid. Please help your staff do understand how important their jobs are for keeping kids safe and also do better for your customers by replacing broken, worn, and unsafe equipment!

Much like other trampoline parks, with lots of jumping options, dodgeball, ninja warrior course, etc. Plentiful rooms for birthday parties. Much like any of these parks the equipment gets worn down quickly - some areas with duct tape on the indoor playground netting, etc - but generally this park is better maintained than other comparable trampoline parks. There wasn't a great area for kids under four, the younger kids pretty quickly get pushed aside by the older ones running around. But ages four and up had a lot of fun here! Make sure to bring lots of water - food and water is pretty pricey and you can't bring in your own food.

I very rarely leave reviews, but for a place that claims safety is their top priority I can't not speak up. Won't be back until major updates are done. First, the area that is supposed to be "safe" for Toddlers to jump in, the netting is missing. So kids and adults of all ages were zooming around the littles. An employee explained it and apologized but had we know when we came in, we would have left. 2nd, there are multiple massive holes being held together in the tubes with duct tape. They are easily big enough for a toddler foot to slip through. No attendant near the tube, big kids running throughout with no regard to the smaller kids. If your child is under 5 take your business elsewhere. What a waste of time and money.

The staff was really friendly and the price wasn't bad for the time we spent there. But there are some major safety concerns with this place. A lot of duct tape repair to the equipment. The play tube safety nets are literally taped together, the ninja warrior coarse has pieces falling off of it and exposed screws and bolts, even some of the trampolines had tape repairs. I know this place gets a lot of use but these are pretty big issues. Gotta do better when it comes to safety devices.

I'm sorry you had such a bad experience! We love our location. The people are amazing, it's clean and we never run into trouble makers. Maybe try another location next time.
Its a business designed with trampolines, foam pits, and other attractions that allow kids and adults to play around with aerobatics and some sports in a physically safe environment
Urban Air is generally fairly liberal with any of their "restrictions". Toddler time is typically reserved for children 5 & under and their parents.
Yes, right straight ahead at the counter. The process will be easier for you if you fill out the disclaimer form (s) online before you go into Urban Air. Then it's only a matter of paying for tickets and jump socks. You may also wish to be a member for $10 a month. It pays for itself very quickly.
Most sites say 300lb is the limit
Not sure I went with my niece and paid full price for her but only 5 bucks for me and I got as much enjoyment as she did lol
They are open till at least 11 maybe later, I pick my kids up at 1100 Friday nights.
$2.50 per pair, any size. Personal socks are not allowed. But you can keep the socks you buy and use them again next time.
$10 for kids 5 and under, $5 for parents with kids, $20 for everyone else.
They have candy dispensers that you can get treats from.
Up to 2.5 hours
$13.99 for 1 hour $19.99 for 1.5 hours $24.99 for 2.5 hours
It starts at 9p I believe. Their Facebook page always posts the time and events!
If your paying for a jump pass, an adult can jump for only 5 dollars the entire time your there.
$35 - $40 - this includes the socks they require for using their facilities. One size sorta fits most
The cost is by time frame. It was $20.00 per child for an hour and a half and every adult pays only $5.00 to jump with the kid. If we wanted another hour we would have only paid $8.00 per child. The socks were $2.50 per person and they are reusable. It is well worth the money! I hope you go and have a blast!!
