Oregon law allows the sale, service, and/or drinking of alcoholic beverages on the licensed premises from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. on the succeeding day. Is this true? According to an employee at wincos sales stop at 2:00 am

You can buy alcohol for consumption off premises from 6:01am-2:30am

Don't know for sure. I do know 7 am is the earliest you can Purchase alcohol.
