I took clothes to sell to them 6 huge boxes of very nice clothing and they didn't even buy one piece of clothing. I wasted a half day on transporting and waiting . I think that they are kinda snobby and when I had called prior to going down there they said they weren't picky as long as they where good quality. I would not waste your time here if you are trying to make money. What a joke that was....

The people were pretty helpful and the organization of the clothes was great! Definitely my favorite thrift in the area.

You’re better off going directly to their website than talking to an associate, don’t waste your gas just to find out they won’t take your clothes because of the bag that they’re in.

This shop has horrible customer service! Both the employee Kelsy and the owner Janna intimidated my 19 year old daughter, called her a thief and harassed her. All because when she picked up her clothes that the store did not want, her friend accidentally grabbed a bag that was not hers. My daughter and her friend were unaware of the mistake and went straight from Nexxt to goodwill to donate the left over clothes! I stepped in as my daughter is a young 19, called the store told Kelsey we went straight to goodwill and donated clothes so they are not in our possession and was sorry for the confusion. Apparently that was rude of me! I will not support this local business! How dare you belittle a teen girl and make her feel like she stole these items! A suggestion is maybe lable the bags or find a way to separate them so mistakes like this don't happen

We follow CDC guidelines.
We are not brand specific. Items just need to be currently in style for the teen and young adult. We take freshly laundered new and gently used items. No stains or holes(that are not supposed to be there)
Yes, they buy clothes as well. But they have to be like new and of the current style.
We buy items that are currently in style for teens and young adults. Mostly styles that have been in the mall and department stores in roughly the last 2 years
