Is there a limit weight for parents to get into rides with kids? And can pregnant women join the kids in the small rides? I want to take my two kids but I’m pregnant so I don’t know what should I do

The biggest issue you will find is a parent needs to ride w a kid. So if 1 parent and 2 kids one kid will gave to wait and then you ride 2x

There are definitely fewer rides pregnant women can get on... But there is a boat ride that anyone can do, there are a couple where you are sittinf with minimal thrills, there are a few thag are children-only where you could take pictures and there are a lot of things to walk around and see (like Star Wars displays etc.)

You'll have to check each ride's weight limit, they vary. Many rides are safe for pregnant women; boat rides, train rides. Rides that are not safe have adequate signage.
