Legoland employees receive multiple benefits for working at legoland. Things like Gym membership at 24 hour fitness and service from Verizon are discounted. There are a lot of more discounts, I just can't remember.
I dont think so but if you get or have an annual pass u get discounts all over the park.
I am not a Legoland employee, but I highly doubt mall employees can get a discount there. You can probably call and as someone there. Sorry I couldn't help you.
