Is anyone getting through on the phones for legoland? I have called 10-15 times and haven’t been able to edit our stay there. I spent over $700 and can’t get anyone from customer service. The line hangs up on me. Very frustrated with the service.

Most parks are having a shortages of personal. We've experience it. Best just be patient. I hope this helps

Their phones are overloaded... Good luck getting in.

Our tickets got messed up but when we went there the customer service desk fixed them and we were still able to go. I haven't tried to call so I'm not sure. Maybe the website has a email you can email.

Yeah you can scan the QR codes from your phones. That's how we got in last weekend.

Thats how it was for us a literally were trying for a week straight... 😭😔
