Majority rides are open. Reservation is needed to enter park.
Like most big business staffing may incur. It's going to be a while before the park will be up to full strength. I hope this helps.

Water park is open, the rides and the lazy river at the water park are closed, kids water playground and tide pool are open
Water park still closed as well as the playground with the ball shooters. Lego movie world ipens the 27th, overall worth the trip
Most but the new lego movie area is opening the May 25th
Not all of them but most are. The newer rides that were set to open this spring have been delayed also.
