No doesn't work with bogo promo of purchase of adult ticket child enters park for free. Cannot combine promos, however you can engage guess services to assist with additional discounts that maybe applicable.

The child discount is only for park hopper tickets. Not sure if other discounts can be applied.
I don't think the child getting in free works with any other discounts
