It is hard to know what their annual pass prices will be since Covid. I suggest calling them with that question. However I can tell you that kids are free for the month of October
Well me and the family just recently went. There's no $99 deal for the annual but it also still depends on what choice you pick we have the Elite pass. LL/SL/WP ALL NO BLACKOUT DATES. IT'S worth it..

The $99 Annual Pass was a Black Friday promotion exclusive to the 2019 year. Every year a new promotion is released based on the availability of passes and expected budget. Because this year is Legoland's starting year, chances are we will not be seeing any promotions for Annual passes specifically this holiday season.
