If you are talking about customer service then I feel like it was just average, no one seemed to go out of their way to help guests or to create memorable experiences, some of the employees seemed like they didn't want to be there. It's very similar to going to a fair/carnival where the employee's don't take thier job seriously. Now to be fair not all of the employees were like this, some were actually nice but it is still a huge difference when you compare it to the excellent service at say Disneyland for example.
As good as a theme park can be of service. We went there last november and we dont have any complaints
