No sliding scale. Male routine cat neuters are 55.00 currently and done starting at 4 months.
I don't have the answer to that either but absolutely call them because they do have a sliding scale and you could get that information over the phone stop.
Honestly, that would be a question to call and ask them. I do believe they have a sliding scale for prices.
