I'm in a wheelchair and recently attended The Dead South show at HOB. You do need to be brought up by elevator, but the wheelchair section is on the balcony. Great view and accessible restroom right there. Also they have a bar on the balcony so you can grab a drink whenever you want without having to go down the elevator.
