Who do I contact if I know that the people that are running the Path homeless shelter, aren't doing there job

They do a good job mark

You file a grievance with the head of the department however, they usually ignore you as they are prejudicial . They need to randomly test everyone for crystal meth as its use is prevalent and hard to detect and lots of their people use it and other drugs outside of their building.Write your Congress person.
