PATH is a special program for selected homeless. You must apply. They have private security, daily curfews, mandantory daily classes to teach homeless to adapt to "real life" Most spend about 7 to 10+ months there, graduate, then get a luxurious section 8 apartment. They take very few volunteers - kitchen.Try 211.
