Have tried several days to get someone to answer the phone in various depts with no luck. Is anybody there? Just purchased a $5,000 generator but can't get a phone call answered! This is ridiculous!

Gosh my oppolgise that they didn't answer depending on what time it was they tend to pick up first thing in morning I just noticed your posting, I hope you were able to.resolve the issue you had?
