Front receptionist not very nice. My daughter needed to be seen and said they were booked out until tomorrow so I told them I’ll call them back less than 5 minutes and they had said there was no longer availability knowing that my infant needed to be seen. Definitely will be changing clinics.

We have been going there for many years and have never had any issues until our most recent doctor left for another practice and we were referred to Dr. Rood. Their name couldn’t be more fitting because they are exactly that, rude. Very unprofessional and unwilling to help my child’s needs. This clinic no longer seems to care about their patient’s needs and the level of service is completely unacceptable. I’m glad to be taking my son to a new provider who actually cares about their patients and makes their needs a priority.

They don’t care about if your kids are sick or in pain. Some staff are nice, but when they transfer you to call center they are so rude. Called because my twins were constipated & bleeding & yes I tried everything. I just can’t take seeing them in pain anymore anyway, The guy on the phone asked me how you spell her name & I said which one pt 1 or 2 (because that’s what he said to say to avoid confusion he got mad that I said both of their names) & he’s like “ ugh it doesn’t even matter anymore” it matters because it’s 2 different patients not 1! They are mad at you for calling because it’s our fault apparently that out kids get sick or if something is wrong. If you don’t like your job then go work somewhere else. I’m done with this clinic.

My family has seen Dr carlson since 2002. (Kids are now 19,11,9, & 6) Since he left we have not been given a new doctor as we were told we would. My daughter had an ear infection 2 weeks ago. I called and they said they would call back. I waited 4 hours and called again. Waited 30 minutes and talked to what I thought was the nurse as the receptionist said that's who i was transfered to. This person was clueless asked a ton of questions and then said the nurse would call back before I can make an appointment. They have never called back. The next day we went to urgent care. What happened??? Why do my kids got matter anymore??
