When I was looking for a used book, I was told that they did not buy the in person and had to get them from their on-line service. That had caused less used book to be available in the section I was interested in.
Of course! Powell's Books is a cultural phenomenon and while I could have used their online ordering system, I went to the store and found a couple of other books, too. The used books I bought were in practically new condition.
