They have pavilions to rent for picnics, and random tables under trees with charcoal grills. I do not think they allow propane grills at all. It is first come, first serve for everything there though, so best to get there early in the day!
I'm not sure if there is one to use there, but there are places where you can bring your own. There are picnic tables and whatnot.
