I have an 11 year old daughter and I will take her there but money will be wasted, also I won't take a kid less than 8 years old.
If they are well behaved it would be a very rewarding and unique experience for them. The clientele dresses a bit better than standard family dining so if they are often loud or misbehaved you might draw a few stares. I would be willing to take a 6 year old or older no problem as long as they were fairly well behaved. Anything younger than that it can be pretty boring with little to do and many questions to ask as well as many different foreign foods to some. Trust your gut feeling.
