Amazing first experience at a Brazilian Steakhouse, the meats were all cooked to perfection and the salad bar/cheese station was tasty as well. The house sirloin was by far my favorite. David our server was brilliant and deserves a raise, he was very kind and even offered a free dessert when the credit card machine went down. Thanks and we look forward to coming back!

What a wonderful experience! My family and I went to Fogo de Chao to celebrate Father's Day. We went the following Monday. It was our first time to visit the restaurant. We enjoyed the way the all you can eat grilled meats were delivered to our table. The meats were so juicy, perfectly spiced and grilled to perfection! The large buffet style salad bar is not your usual salad bar but it is an entirely a class of its own. They not only have fire grilled peppers, fancy salads and vegetables, they also have high quality cold cuts, cheeses and soups. The staff was very attentive and friendly. It's pretty pricey for each person so be prepared. Having said that, we love the place so much we'll be going back soon!

Such a fantastic experience. So many options, food was all hot and fresh, amazing service (other than being rushed at the end of our meal - as someone was specifically asking for our table). Our server was on top of things and attentive to our needs. Definitely worth the trip.

Had reservations for 6:00pm. They were over booked and did not get seated till about 6:30pm. They were out of soup when I asked if more would be available I was told in about 10 minutes. I checked several times and they never replenished it. Food was great. Service was good. We waited over 20 minutes for dessert. We ordered a strawberry cheesecake. They brought out the raspberry, when we asked for the strawberry they said, oh, we ran out so we just brought you that one. We didn't really like the sauce so we did not eat it. So that was a waste. I would have loved if maybe they asked me if I wanted it still or maybe wanted a different desert. We then asked for our check, that took another 20 minutes and it was incorrect. So they had to make a correction and we waited once again.

The above prices are based on the "full experience ". If you want just the market bar or just the meats it is about $25 for lunch and $35 for dinner
Yes, they do! I had gone by myself last month and enjoyed to the fullest. Company doesn't matter when you have this amazing food to keep you occupied.
We went with a reservation for 10 at 6:15pm on a Saturday evening (no fee for us) and we were not seated until 6:48pm- and there was a different group of 10 who were waiting behind us and they tried to give our table away to them- place is a disaster when there is a backup. Dont expect them to be punctual or to be seated at the time you reserve for
Not really. It's Portland. We don't take dress codes very seriously.
True. While I would say it was worth it, I would also appreciate some more transparency with the prices; I thought that dessert was included, it was not.
Correct you can find outsidenparking that could be free if its on the weekends. If not ypu can oay for parking amd pay allot ornjust do valet amd pay a bit less.
As others have stated allow over an hour and tip the staff well. They're awesome and so accommodating. If they allow you to make a reservation for 9:30, they know you'll be there until you're done; enjoy!
The Fogo Churrasco Experience for Children 6 and under is complimentary. Children 7 to 12 are half price.
Yes, they're open
I believe the prices went up to 60
You will be served many different kinds of delicious meats that you will not regret tasting and you will have access to an amazing buffet that offers salads, dressings and other foods such as salmon. Ask them for the ribeye and the garlic steak you will love it.
Now that Portland has reopened, tables are a fair bit apart. The market bar requires that you use a glove and hand sanitizer, and a fresh plate, before serving yourself. When meats are brought to your table, you have tongs to grab the cut piece before it hits your plate. Water pitchers are pretty much the only thing shared amongst tables. Staff continues to wear masks.
The prime rib was literally biting into butter, perfectly seasoned. Everything else was superb
You'll get the full salad bar so to speak and you'll get one or two of the basic meats like chicken, but you won't get any of the more expensive cuts for that price. They will try to upgrade you, But do the "experience" And you can decide if you think it was worth paying a lot more for a few slices of meat.
It's a buffet in the middle of any Fogo location which has salad, charcuterie, cheeses, vegetables, etc.
No there's not but they'd appreciate it if you'd left in a timely manner
You get the lunch price if you are seated during the lunch hours.
Literally went to dinner with someone last night that has SEVERE nut allergies and we had 0 issues :)
For the full meat service: dinner $52.95, lunch M-F $34.95, brunch sat-sun $37.95. Prices subject to change on holidays.
People keep saying shown, but there really isn't an n noise. It's more like "Fogo g shao" with a bit of a nasal noise on the end of shao (from a fluent portuguese speaker)
