What do I need to do to get a duplicate tag for my dog? I called the vet where I got it and they said it would have to be through animal services. I’m pretty far away and want to have everything I need, I just don’t know what that is.

Get all the information about the dog like you did when you first got the tag and then go

I would call and ask them as things change and any advice from a person that has gone through the procedure could very well give an outdated one.
