I live in Zephyrhills. My neighbor has his dog tied to a tree in yard with no water or food. Is this illegal and considered animal cruelty?

Absolutely!!!! Call animal control immediately, take video or pics for documentation. I would call sheriff also!!!

Haha....we have the same problem....called animal control and police.... dog still tied up and barking. Good luck. County needs to step up and give more resources.
