I'm fully aware that the comments pertaining to this particular post were submitted/talked about, almost a year ago..all I'd like to say is, I've read & reread the ? Lori Lindsey asked as well as, the responses & at NO point whatsoever had she EVER mentioned ANYTHING remotely close to her planning to 'drop the cats off in the middle of the night', + she clearly stated she saved the ALREADY pregnant cat, think about it...*ding*, it wasn't her cat 2 'fix'! So I'm confused as to why y'all went at her as if she had? I mean, did I miss something maybe..nope! Lori asked a great ??, 1 that many wouldnt even think of asking, much less worry about. She was obviously concerned about the cats' well being & for you all to automatically assume the worse for NO REASON at all, is absolutely shameful! This is a COMMUNITY FORUM, ie.,. it allows us the chance to ask other's for advice and/or information on something we're just not too sure about, not to be judged nor talked down to! Wow..RIDICULOUS!!
FYI Trisha I wasn't dropping off in the middle of the night I'm an animal lover was just asking if it was a kill shelter so they are there brought them in at 2pm and cried the whole time
I'm not sure if they are a kill shelter I know they do try to adopt them out first but I'm not sure if they send them somewhere else or I'm just not sure. But I am sure that they do try to adopt them out
No, they are not a kill shelter. Please don't just leave the kittens by the door and yes, you might want to neuter your cat so this won't happen again in the future.
Get your cat fixed
Yes, you are absolutely right. People, need to work and also sleep, so yes come by at normal work hours to do business. However, this animal shelter and service is very compassionate and extremely fair in their prices. I had my 23 0year old cat put to rest, they only charged me $25.00, it would of been a little more money if I had them take care of her body. In addition, they also do very affordable adoptions, they have a website with all their hours, services, and contact information. Please, no one ever drop animals off anywhere such as parks, stores, door steps, or shelter, this is not fair to the animal or the agencies. Furthermore, animal drop offs are illegal and in today's times there are cameras just about every where. Just saying.
