What to do about inconsiderate neighbors who have 8 cats that are allowed to run free pooping all in everyone's yards an they do nothing about it , they have killed all the wildlife around us an they don't clean up poop from their dogs either,

Trap in your yard only and haul them to Animal control, They pefur you leave them in the trap it's easy for them to remove them
