Not good for indoor cats or nervous cats. Indoor cats are often highly fearful when removed from their home and need a vet office that understands cat handling. Good cat handling includes a segregated waiting room for cats to keep them calmer, a private exam room with most of the instruments/machines needed already in that room, and a staff trained in cat handling. When a customer has a crated cat with a towel over the crate, that's the first clue it's a nervous animal. It's not a good tactic to take that cat into the exam room, whip that towel off, grab the carrier and proceed out of the room like your handling a small dog. You need to remove the towel slowly, quietly speak to the animal, handle the crate so it is level and steady. She went into the back lab where the environment is bustling, noisy, smelly and with barking dogs near (you know, a cat's mortal enemy). I'm guessing a tech stuck their arm into the crate to grab her and got a surprise. When she came back, the vet entered the room to tell me the cat would have to be gassed unconscious to be examined, and I believed her. Even though my cat is your basic loving cat whom I've never heard hiss let alone scratch or bite, I can believe she was terrified and aggressive at that moment. Anyway, not every vet office is able to take the care they need with nervous cats and that is okay. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. They did not charge me for the visit, which I appreciated. I took her to another vet the following week without trouble.

The doctor was very caring. She did not do any unnecessary tests and thoroughly took care of our dog. He is now doing much better with the treatment regime she put him on. Highly recommend

Been going here for 2 years. Mostly good experiences but their availability & extra charges are getting worse as time goes on. Charging a person to obtain a hard copy of a script that they prescribed to get medicine for my dog so I can keep being able to afford it is ridiculous but I did it to pay $73 / month versus over $158 they wanted. Had a dog whose paws were bloody and raw from allergies that they couldn't or wouldn't accommodate on the regular schedule but were more than happy to charge me the emergency vet fee kinda sat the wrong way with me. They are pretty knowledgeable & thorough & most of the staff are super awesome.
