This was the worst customer service I have had in my life. I have always supported local businesses and tried to give a good review for them but it is impossible to do it for this vets office. Dr. Wojo has been nothing but amazing to any animals from my experience but that isn’t why I am giving a 1. I am giving a 1 because the women upfront were the rudest and most insensitive people I have met in my life. We came in with an emergency with a cat that has been a patient for over ten years. They knew very well that he was not doing good but still turned him down because Dr. Wojo had a “class.” Instead of going to ask if there is any chance to help with this emergency considering it is an “emergency clinic” they refused. Worst service I have had in my life.

Vet tech was rude to me and condescending. She called during my dogs neutering surgery “during !) and asked me if I wanted the extra procedure for big dogs to prevent bloat. I was alarmed and thought they found bloat of course by them calling during surgery —- she said “ she don’t got nothing “ those were her exact words and she was truly ugly to me. I’m sure if the doctor knew the way she talked to people he’d fire her. The doctor here is wonderful and most of the staff are nice but this surgery tech was terrible and uncaring.
