Just started working here and let me tell you this place is great!!! Mirror Lake is a beautiful place and I love how everyone works as a team.

Great team, with a great purpose!

I recently had my one year anniversary of working at Mirror Lake, and it has been a great year! We have an awesome team that is highly committed to helping patients start a new chapter in their lives. If you are struggling with addiction or passionate about helping those who are, MLRC is a great place to be.

Very unorganized. My boyfriend was released 2 months ago and when he left they could not find his bags. We have called multiple times and they keep giving us the run around saying they will check into it and call us back and NOT ONCE has anyone followed through.

If they excluded someone for that, it would be a sad day for treatment facilities
Yes i believe so. Call the main number and all an admission counselor. It's a really great place.
I think you have the wrong place. We are a 28 to 35 day inpatient facility and our blackout is only for 7 days
Major insurance providers accepted include BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, Cigna, and TRICARE. We accept many more. Our admissions team is available 24/7 to verify your insurance benefits for free. Call us to learn more.
Your safety and comfort is our priority. We are happy to provide you a detailed list of all you can bring such as cigarettes or your own music. Please call us at your convenience and we’ll get you the info that you need.
We encourage productive interactions with loved ones during treatment. Visiting hours are available for each of our programs, but do vary. Loved ones can also take part in family therapy and related support services. We provide daily mail service for all in our care. For more details, please call us at your convenience.
We treat adults struggling with addiction & co-occurring mental health disorders. Some mental health disorders we treat include depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. For a more detailed explanation, please call us at your convenience.
I just seen the post date on your question, sorry I was just wanting to help if I could...
Yes
I read something online stating that they did help with transitional care, but I would call the admissions line. The admissions line is very helpful.
There are men and women. The men and women are separated. The only time they are together is in Detox. Which answers your other question, yes, they have detox. It is 35 days generally, but you can apply for extensions. I can't answer about grants, because I don't know. It's a very good program.
No
Yes, I believe they have program available.
Yes
All TN Care plans are accepted.
TN Care.
You can bring 7 days worth of clothes. Short shorts and tank tops aren't allowed
Yes, absolutely. Just call and do a phone interview. They'll get you set up and possibly pay for the travel expenses.
Visitation is on Sundays from 12:30 till 3:30. Clients must be there for 7 full days before they are allowed visitors.
Hey Vickie, my son needs help too and has no insurance. Let me know if you find somewhere! Thx!
Enough clothing to last a week, all prescription medication, umbrella, books if you like to read, cash for the canteen and soda machines, and a watch.
They dont have one at Mirror Lake, bur the staff does help you find one in the area that you live prior to being discharged
There is a place called the next door in Nashville that does i believe
If you do not have insurance, they may still accept you as a client. There are many grants available, and if I understood correctly, some finanincing options as well. They will also work with you on the total to make it more manageable. The only catch is, you have to stay the recommended time for any of these offers to be valid. But I can assurs you, it is no hardship.
You can absoultly send a card, but I recommend not sending flowers. They would not be able to give them to her due to potential allergy issues with the other female clients.
