Avoid shopping here! They have lousy service starting with Leila or Laila, if that's what her name is! She said she was the manager but the truth is I doubt it, she was very rude and didn't attend to us and to finish we brought her a pair of shoes that was what we found and we needed the right size, then Laila told us to return the tennis and where we found it The box and the correct size had to be there, he didn't want to help us. After telling her that we had already searched but it was the only thing we found, she grabbed the sneakers and went to look for them (she doesn't even clean or organize them) She kept insisting that we return the sneakers but it was the rude way in which she didn't ask for them, I told him that I would not return the sneakers and he refused us the service and took away the two pairs of shoes he wanted to buy just because I did not want to do his job and return the sneakers? In all the stores I've been to, of course, what you take to the checkout and decide you're not going to buy, they take the product away from you and that's it. In the end, since she didn't let us buy the sneakers, I guess Laila had to return them? So I don't understand where all his arrogance came from. If she's there, don't buy from her, she just told us that whether they bought or not didn't affect her at all. Leila, if you dedicate yourself to something other than customer service, it is not your thing. And for the owners, they lose business by having her as an employee.
