For feral cats, the SPCA has a feral cat program. They will either spay/neuter them and drop them back off, or if you want them gone, they will relocate them.
Just move and have a cat problem .. This cat well not leave dont know if it have a onwer i need it go out of my house who i have to call ?
If you catch them yes they do. (that's what I was told when I called them)
