You're talking about Mason bee houses. Didn't see them at my Costco. Each store carries different stock, based on local preferences. Better bet would be a hardware store (Ace or True Value) or a big-box home improvement store, like Home Depot or Lowes. Definitely call your local Costco customer service desk and ask. That'll be the best solution for that kind of question.
Mason bees are great pollinators but their housing requirements are a bit finicky but I would still encourage you to check YouTube and make your own and learn how to care for the housing so that you can continue to offer them housing year after year. When you make the house yourself and learn best placement, you will also learn how to and when to clean it out each season and reduce risk of mites. This is one thing I would discourage buying readymade without first doing homework.
