Is there a room to cut a birthday cake and open presents for a few kids and parents .Then some kids staying in the hotel room that is boomex and the rest going home .

Yes, the suites sleeps 6 with a sofa sleeper. The front room has a table, sofa, a couple of chairs and can accommodate about 8 or so children.
