The staff was kind but the hotel is incredibly dated and the beds are NOT Hampton Quality beds. Ours was broken down the middle and not at all comfortable. The bathroom floor was sticky and the whole room felt less than clean. Would choose another Hilton property in the future. It’s too much money to be spent in a place where even the elevators feel dirty.

It's a very nice place to stay. Some suite amenities were missing. Most importantly, the shower temperature was lukewarm, no matter what time of the day. A nice hot shower is so nice at the end of a travel day. There were only a few tissues in the bath . Didn't call and ask for more because we thought service staff would just check in to make sure we had a supply of clean dry towels, etc. No one came at all in the 3 night stay. There were no utensils or plates in the kitchen of our suite. The breakfast area was very nice and the food was excellent. The hostess was very pleasant and sweet.

While traveling, we had to stay in Murfreesboro unexpectedly. I called and Angie Welch answered and was so pleasant and understanding. When we arrived to check-in, she remembered speaking with me over the phone. She even put together a "snack pack" for my husband and me, since it was so late in the evening. It was so wonderful to interact with someone so friendly, understanding, and accommodating after a stressful night on the road. At check-out the next morning, Tiffany was also very friendly and accommodating. You have two gems for employees!

When I travel,I stay only at Hampton Inns due to the cleanliness and quality across the country. With that being said this is the worst one I've ever stayed at. Uncomfortable beds,the pillows felt like a bag of cotton balls wrapped in a pillow case,and very outdated rooms.on top of that our shower was clogged immediately. The only reason I didn't give it one star is it was clean enough to stay in.if you're the Murpheesboro area I would skip this one

Awesomely "wonderfurl" question! Yes! We are pet friendly; we allow cats and dogs only, the pet fee is $40 plus tax per night.
Great question! We serve breakfast everyday from 6:00am-10:00am CST.
We are partnered with lysol and performing a clean stay every 2 hours with disinfectant our rooms have been inspected and sanitized and sealed until u open the door. Guests and staff are also practicing social distancing and wearing masks
