This could be a much better place to stay if they simply improved the competency of the staff. Room was clean but had several minor issues. Many burned out lights, and the shower curtain was not installed properly so it won’t stay closed. Hence the bathroom floor floods. The ceiling had what looks like blood splatter. I wanted to settle my bill the night before I departed, like I do at every place I’ve ever stayed, but I was told “the system won’t allow this”. When I checked out the following morning, the desk clerk said I was all set. I specifically mentioned that I hadn’t signed anything and when I booked the room, I would pay when I leave. When I’m at the airport, a family member who also was staying called and said the front desk said I didn’t pay and admitted it was her fault. Beds were comfortable. Rooms seemed clean. Just some incompetence.

I give it a 1 1/2 stars. The staff was extremely nice. But there was no breakfast like they advertised, but at least there is a Waffle House with in walking distance. There was mold in the bathroom, and ac. The hotel and rooms are very old. I'm not going back there. The place smelled funky. I felt uneasy taking a shower, and I found out that the shower curtain or shower is awkward, to where water leaks all over the floor when you're in the shower.

Last minute reservation for us. Updated, clean rooms. Price was less than most hotels in the area. Shopping and restaurants nearby. Good quality for the price. Miniature golf, driving range, batting cages and Go Kart track a walk away. Quiet and comfortable. Very helpful and nice staff. We would book again here.

My arrival was swift and efficient. Staff was pleasant and accommodating! I paid for three full nights, with no issues whatsoever. On my day off check out I spoke with the front desk and said that I would be extending for a couple of more days at the last minute. They said that was wonderful and to come in the office when I was ready to pay for another two nights of stay. Two days prior I moved from Michigan to Tennessee and because I had a lot going on I forgot to come in right at 11. But when I realized it I rushed into Pay and the owner was livid! He was raising his voice at me condescending, he was pointing in my face, and I reminded him that he needed to take his hand out of my face or I would call the police. He challenged me to call the police, which I didn’t because his establishment is well below standards regarding customer service. He started to advance towards me and I warned him that it was not a good idea to approach my personal space. I kept it civil. When I completed cleaning my room out I asked if he would come check to make sure everything was OK to his satisfaction and he walked right past me When I tried to get as attention to check the room. Ignored me the whole time. And he was the owner! Hotel gets three stars owner needs better business acumen training.
