Positive: The breakfast was a nice surprise. It was really good and the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Negative: The carpet in the room was old and there was a smell when we walked in the room. There was a stain on the chair and the bathroom door was dirty.

We were driving to Clearwater Florida from Denver Colorado and stopped for the night. Never heard of Sleep Inn but we're very pleased to have found it. Five stars all the way. The rooms are clean the service was friendly there was breakfast in the morning. It's quiet at night. Oh yeah the price was right. How could you go wrong. I'll be looking for Sleep inns in the future and I'll make sure to come back to this one. You should give it a try also. Thanks.

Great night stay. Room was clean clean and staff were all amazing and helpful. Only issue I have is Choice needs to get this place bigger pillows.

Hotel was what I expected - clean with comfortable beds. It was completely full for Friday/Saturday but very quiet. Majority of the staff were very pleasant. Front desk person at check in was having a bad day.

Is there room to park a large pick up truck and car trailer? And is the area safe?

I was able to park an Yukon XL with a two horse trailer. There is no designated area, but just east of the pool you could do that. You could also possibly Park in a few spots if you are able to back in further than that. You are not able to drive to clearly around the building. The night that we were there they were several folks that were pulling a car trailer with some mud trucks and they parked out on the Main Street in front of the hotel. The road that the hotel is off of basically dead-ends into a big parking lot for a antique store if I recall. Not a lot of through traffic there. Use Google Maps in the satellite view to look at the hotel parking lot, you should see what I'm talking about.
