Stayed at a lot of places on a road trip through the area, this one was by far the most comfortable and nicest. Bed and pillows and linens were great! Loved that it was walkable to places to eat but they also had a bar with limited menu on site. The paid breakfast was okay, the pool area was nice.

I will never stay here again. The room has a mysterious substance/stain on the chair. The substance on the wall in the closet is either blood or ketchup. I told the front desk so they would be aware, but they did not seem concerned. The breakfast is not complimentary. The queen sized beds seem smaller than a queen. This place is overpriced for what they offer.

Very disappointed with the way this hotel operated! We had booked this room for a weekend trip and we had originally booked for a 2 queen with a sofa/pull out bed. We get there, the room has only two queen beds. We then had to come out of pocket again for another room at a totally different hotel because we couldn’t all fit in their room. I am so upset at the fact that after looking OVER AND OVER AGAIN at this hotel, thinking we would be okay in a double queen suite room. They then proceeded to tell me that they didn’t even offer ANY SUITES! Ok, i have no idea if they’re false advertising on different websites or whatever the heck their doing but DO NOT STAY THERE! After that, we go for breakfast in the morning and they tell us it’s 12$ a person!! Out of all the mix up and miscommunication and all the money gone in to this hotel for it NOT TO BE A SUITE and then making me pay for everyone’s breakfast at 12$ a person for some basic! The lady at the front desk had an attitude as well! We will never recommend nor stay there EVER wherever we travel too!

We went to this establishment because it is a Pure Room hotel that is about halfway between Raleigh and St. Louis. On the plus side, the beds were very comfortable, the hotel is well cared for, and the linens were in good shape and laundered without fragrance. That being said, as soon as you walked into the hotel, you were slammed by the smell of chlorine presumably from the pool. Unfortunately, the lysol wipes used to supposedly clean the room left my chest feeling like it was going to explode and at 5:00 am we had to check out. I am extremely puzzled by Hilton's use of this product, particularly when there are others out there (like hydrogen peroxide) which are far less problematic. It appears to be more about marketing than cleaning. Additionally, I would caution anyone with respiratory issues, allergies, or environmental sensitivities to be wary of any Hilton establishment as long as they continue to use it. That's coming from someone with Hilton Honors diamond status.

No, not pets. They have you sign something agreeing to no pets or smoking before giving you the room key.
