Hotel smelled of mildew. Staff was polite and helpful, I feel a bit bad for them. Once we got into our room, it was pretty gnarly. Stains on the furniture, very strong moldy smell, and worst of all, there was some type of black colored mold on the ceiling. The entire hotel I suspect has humidity, mildew and mold issues. We didn't even stay. We politely declined our stay and found other lodging accommodations. Holiday Inn Express are normally nice places to stay at a reasonable rate. Skip this one.

This hotel is not up to IHG standards. Lobby is a mess with construction, hotel staff sitting and not behind the desk, doors are out of order, ice machines are out of order, tile moves on the bathroom floor when you step on it, my big pet peeve-hair on the bathroom floor, and there are not any vending machines in the building at all. Only good thing to s the room was real spacious. Otherwise do not recommend.

Shorty Short

This hotel is one of the WORST I have ever stayed in. The air conditioning was leaking in the room which made the carpet wet. Room smelled musty because of this. They ran out of towels and soap and you almost had to beg to get them. We were in for a tournament and many of our parents went to Walmart to get the things they needed because you couldn’t get anything out of them. When the manager finally showed up Sunday morning…her comment was, “I haven’t heard any complaints”…THAT’S BECAUSE YOU WEREN’T THERE ALL WEEKEND!!! The pool wasn’t even open because it was a green pile of nastiness!! So when our players came in from playing games, they didn’t have a place to cool off! This place needs to be shut down and never opened again!! Absolutely ridiculous! It takes a lot for me to give a bad review! But this one well deserved this review!! And I’m not even mentioning everything!

Too bad I have to even give them one star. Staff was absolutely terrible. Their customer service was despicable. Rooms were gross with visible garbage from previous customers on the floor. The beds were gross and only half made. The cleaning room at the end of the hallway was propped open with a towel and we were told the room gets left open all day. Open chemical bottles and trash everywhere. They’re lucky my kids were not with me considering there is a laundry shoot in the room that was propped open. The staff couldn’t solve any of the issues we were having. They even had someone behind the counter while she wasn’t even working to try and scare us off. We got kicked out because they made a scene and started yelling at us. A very gross environment and would never book a room there ever again.
