I agree.. don't stay here. Breakfast is disappointing, to put it nicely. Everything is in packages but also everything I found had Cajun seasoning added. Strange choice for breakfast food. We chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and hottub with the fitness room. We were excited for that. All of it was out of order. They didn't tell us that up front. But they sure didn't hesitate to charge us like they were a high class hotel.. should have gone to motel 6. At least my hopes wouldn't have been up there.

This hotel was terrible and very unprofessional. I was overly charged and was not communicated correctly with the correct amount. There were 3 different amounts I was informed about and None of the staff knew why I was charged that amount and I even called Marriott and was advised someone would be reaching out and I haven’t heard anything. They provided me the Incorrect room for my stay that I purchased on their site, they had no linen available for anybody to use and advised me that guests used them all that night. Which means they had no laundry attendant to tend to the linen for the guests the next morning. The hospitality was terrible and the pool was disgusting and was not cleaned out. The amount that they are charging is not worth the hospitality that they provide at their location. I will NOT be returning.

The late night check-in staff worked hard to get us into another room, since the room we booked was available 🙁. The room we were given looked like it was not cleaned from the previous guest. We went back down to the front desk and were assigned another room. Much to our disappointment this room wasn't much better. This property is in terrible shape and the cleaning staff is very poorly trained. Marriott should be ashamed of this property and its management. In my opinion, I would recommend that you stay somewhere else if you are used to the standard Marriott accommodations. .

Front desk lady was extremely nice! Upon arriving on our floor there was a smell and big machine in the hallway. (Seems to be a water leak issue possibly causing mold.) in the room, everything was so dated and dis shoveled. No bags in trash cans and one of the cans was very dirty. Different bedding on each bed and it didn’t match..some of it was stained. Beds were not properly made…looked like a lazy teen made the bed. There is a pull out couch with no additional sheets so we had to request those. Towels in bathroom were just thrown on the shelf…not even folded and sat on the shelf in an orderly way. Disappointed to say the least and we do not feel our room was properly cleaned.
