Mixed review. Food was good! I had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp plate. Wife had the double crunch wings. Server (Josh?) was polite and attentive. He wasn't fast but wasn't slow either. He didn't leave us hanging when we needed drinks and such. BUT(the big but) I was a little put aside by the manners of the tall guy behind the bar. Not sure if he was on the management team or the bartender. But he was a bit rude. Server was discussing our meal options when the bartender interrupted him mid-sentence to tell him he entered the wrong table number in the system for a double shot for a customer near our table. But the bartender counted the tables wrong. So after barking at our server and cutting him down in front of us, turns out he made the mistake. Then a few minutes later, same bartender bellows out Josh's name across the restaurant to clarify what he ordered for another customer, rather than go to him and ask politely. Oh and we were talking to Josh that time as well when he interrupted like that. No professionalism at all. I really wanted to call him out by that time, but I didn't want to create a scene. Last thing that was just an observation. There was a young lady on shift that was working in sweats. Now I'm not judging. She may have come in wearing the right uniform and soiled her slacks and that's all she had left. It just didn't sit well, with her out there in a t-shirt and sweats serving customers. She was very polite and professional herself. Just not dressed for the job in my opinion. Otherwise, I was pleased with the food and the service in general as it pertained to my table.

Carding grown a** adults! Absolutely crazy, if I hadn’t been traveling across country, left my ID in hotel and took a lift to get some long awaited food, I would of had no problem! Offered them a picture of the front and back of my currant drivers license…. But wouldn’t except this! If you want better food and service, I suggest going to Nachos Mexican restaurant, almost next door, across the road!

Good food, but it seems like they were out of a few things. I ordered the prime rib dipper and the server didn't tell me that it was frozen and thawing for about 10-15 minutes after we placed our order and I was on my lunch hour. I had to order something to go. I still enjoyed the company and atmosphere! Server was attentive, even though they were packed.

Terrible food and service. Steak was flavorless and raw on the inside. Food was cold and broccoli was undercooked. Restaurant is dirty. Applebee's needs a rebranding.

Agree with the rude service. Asked for a booth, they acted like we asked for something outrageous. Food was OK, air-conditioning on way too cold, made it uncomfortable while waiting and food got cold quick.
