Checked in. Went to room. It was terrible. Smelled musty. Ac didn't work well. Worst of all body hair in tub and bed. Went back to desk and got refund and left. The lady at the counter was nice but that's all the place has going for it.

I don't even know where to start. The minute you drive up, it's dark, to the point you're not even sure if it's open. Then when you walk into the lobby it's dim and smells straight up like mold. When you walk to your room the smell is horrendous and trash In the hallways. Then when you walk in the room it gets worse, bathroom door are broken, bathtub is filthy, phone has no buttons and the blankets have cigarette hole burns. To tell you guys more, after delayed flights and a long drive I literally cried myself to sleep, didn't shower and slept in my clothes, afraid of catching something if the sheets were not changed before me arriving. If I could give no stars I would. NEVER would I recommend this place, not even to my worse enemy. Some might say, why didn't you go some place else... I was by myself, in the middle of the night in unknown town with nobody to call. So I had no other choice to spend the night and then change hotels.

Positive: The cleaning lady was kind. My check in lady was accommodating. Negative: Black mold in shower, and on shower head. Crumbling ceiling. Droopy mattress. Heavy smell of bleach. The breakfast was disgusting and the biscuits were rock hard. Accumulation of trash outside the hotel.

This facility falls short of the expectations associated with the Wyndham brand. There are safety and security concerns pertaining to the door to the room. The upper latch is broken. The outlet for the refrigerator is loose so the refrigerator is inoperable. The toilet was not properly cleaned. The seat had foreign matter on it! There was no kleenex in the wall box, totally empty. The bathroom sink and the table both have glitter fingernail polish on them. Cleanliness is not a feature here. If I wasn't just dead tired from traveling all day I would have checked out immediately. This facility is on my list of "never going back" places.
