Embassy is now our hotel of choice. Audrey greeted us and made the check in experience great! She gave us the details of what was available during our stay. She checked or the computer checked to see if the room was nice. She recognized me as a gold member. Truly a great experience. When we come back to Nashville this will be our hotel of choice. Very clean and breakfast was great!!

We stayed her on our way to Tampa! This hotel definitely met our needs beautiful hotel! Bo and Audrey were amazing and very accommodating. All the hotel staff was very sweet! The breakfast was phenomenal! We definitely would stay here again and have already recommended it to friends who will be traveling down here in the near future!

Embassy Suites in my opinion usually stands for a consistent experience at any of their hotels. This location is far less than that standard I have come to know. Started off with 1 elevator being down and another that didn’t even have a working floor 8 button so had to always ensure we waited out one elevator coming down to take us up. Then let’s get to the rooms…..extremely dated and dark. Wall paper falling off the wall. The musty odor in the room obviously comes from under cleaned carpets and extremely old mattresses which is the case. We stayed a week before at the Embassy Suites in Century Park. That hotel was up to date and what the complete opposite experience. For how much I paid for this room I expected far better. I’d like to know the road map for this hotel?

I have stayed here in March, every year for 14 years. This is the perfect venue for large conventions such as the one I attend annually. Very nice and spacious rooms throughout. The management and staff are always courteous and helpful. Great location near Nashville and directly beside I-24. I highly recommend this Embassy for conventions - large or small.
