95 came out with two different types of starters....so if it has the same name like i think it is a nippondenso...it will work...
The easiest way to answer those kinds of questions is to use a website like AutoZone. Look up starters for both cars and see if they are the same part number.
I'd say if they got the same motor and trans it would be good. Which that close in years is likely to be the same
