My wife and I use mail script and have not had a problem
I haven't had an issue, but I use mail order as much as possible. Have you called & spoken to the pharmacy manager about the problem?
Do they get you what you need be after discussing the problem? If so, cut them a break. They're always responsive for me and their prices on OTC stuff is cheap.

Never had issues. Mail order is very good. Worth the effort. I've never waited longer than 10 minutes for a filled prescription.
Yes kaiser pharmacy does have the worst pharmacy ever in the world. There wait times are crazy, they say your stuff is ready, but when u go to pick it up they have no clue what u r talking about!!!!!
I haven't had any issues, but l do order 1 script via the mail to get the discount.
I've had good results with my pharmacy at Kaiser.
