Couldn't answer basic behavioral questions. Many details in communication missing. Additional office visits for issue ask to be resolved previous visit. Health certificate pushed when I didn't need it. Left hand dies know what right hand is doing. Receipts inaccurate and confusing.
This clinic is not a bargain clinic, but their prices are reasonable. I don't know what you mean by "extra services", but I have never felt pressured to pay for something I didn't need. The staff here are motivated by keeping pets safe and healthy.
