No there are no "splash pads" like you find at LegoLand or a park. Any amount of wet clothes would be from splash zones at shows or on the ride Journey to Atlantis. I noticed that only the closest rows in the dolphin and orca shows actually got wet, but they got pretty soaked.

There is a splash zone next to the atlantis ride where kuds will have lots of fun. The water splash is from the ride.
No. The dolphin and orca show has splas zones. There are also a couple of water rides. When you first come in they have the open petting tanks with the diffrent fish in them.
