Seaworld is great for younger kids. The park has multiple areas designed for children that are just barely walking. There is the Sesame Street Bay of Play - housing a larger play structure for children( and adults like me) that need a chance to run off energy. There are also a few rides that the kids can go on, though they are going to need to meet height restrictions. The Bay of Play also has a couple of Toddler areas specific for smaller children.

Yes, there is a great children's playground and a wonderful area where children can touch the animals in the tide pools. There are tons of strollers there and good accommodation for strollers. The shows would be great for all ages. I dont think there are any rides that could accommodate a 2 year old but there are plenty of other things to see - especially the animals
