Anyone can use the putting green. I think the range is $12 - $15 for a large bucket of balls.
Yes you can, but I can not remember what the cost is, if you have a Tee time the putting is free. The Driving Range costs is a bucket of balls as normal golf courses charge.
Anybody can use the putting green or driving range regardless of having a tee time.
