Is it possible to take Public transportation from Poinsettia Coaster station to Torrey Pines Golf course? So take Coaster to Sorrento Valley and then bus (##) to Golf course? Return trip to Poinsettia Coaster station via bus and coaster?

Don't use the train, it leaves you too far away and you'll have to wait around for a bus to get the rest of the way. Instead take the bus down the Coast Hwy. It lets you off right in front of the golf course and it's way cheaper than the train. The time it takes will probably be less as well. Catch the bus on the Coast Hwy, not at the Poinsettia train station. It's bus # 101. There is a walking path from the Poinsettia train station to the Coast Hwy. Check out the NCTD website for more info. I've taken the bus to and from the golf course at least 25-30 times.

Yes, as someone else suggested, the bus down the coast highway 101 is the best option and the cheapest. If you have to take the train, get off at the closest stop and call an Uber are lift but that's going to be priceyer.. Good luck!
