You can walk in any time. I habe never had to wait more that 20 min

Early bird gets the worm the saying goes opens at 11:30 (after 3pm will be waiting bar is usually packed after 4pm), for large group reservations highly recommended.
Go anytime and hope Joeys behind the bar. Lrg groups & outside seating best w/ reserve or patience

It depends....how big of a group, what day, and what time you wish to go. Reservations are always recommend, especially for large groups / parties.
If you get there around opening time there's no need for a reservation, but if it's for dinner I recommend getting a reservation as it starts to fill up around lunch time
