I had a wedding dress emergency and needed a dress in less than one week. I walked in on a very busy Saturday, explained what happened to my dress and why I was there last min, and the whole team rallied to squeeze me in. In between booked appointments, the ladies there were so attentive and understanding. I had my eye on a dress another bride was tring on, and it wasn't one that could be purchased off the rack, but Caitlin saw me eyeing it, went out of her way to see if it was available and could be shipped overnight...they had me try it on and IT WAS PERFECT! It's everything I wanted and I love it more than my original dress! The ladies at Prevue La Mesa are super stars and saved my wedding. Caitlin got the dressed shipped in 2 days and recommended a great alterations place that could take care of me in just a day or two. I feel so much relief, thanks to the teamwork from everyone that made this happen for me. When I picked up my dress from the store today, everyone was extremely friendly and genuinely happy for me. 5 star service! Thank you!

This store is amazing to say the least! I made appointments for my maid of honor and my mom to get dresses for my wedding. I was skeptical after reading some reviews claiming they only had small size dresses which is NOT true. My mom is a size 16 and there were so many dress options for her! Daniela and Carla took their time to listen to the requests that my maid of honor and mother wanted and they executed it perfectly! Both of them found dresses for my wedding and within their budget! I highly recommend going to prevue they were so much better than we expected! Thank you again Carla and Daniela!!!

Im honestly a upset in the lack of customer service and compassion for brides. My sister came here to get her wedding dress. My mom was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer last year and my sister had just got engaged. We didn’t know how much time we had to plan her wedding but we knew it wasn’t a lot of time.. so we came here to get a dress. From her expression she liked it but it wasn’t the dress but we knew there wasn’t a lot of time. Sadly my mama didn’t get the chance to make it to the wedding and passed away in December 2019. We pushed back the wedding a couple months and we’re hoping on exchanging the dress for a one she loved at the same store.. even offered to show a death certificate as sensitive as that is but they declined. No exchanges. As the maid of honor I just want my sister to be happy and feel her best on her wedding day. Planning a funeral around a wedding day has been a challenge in itself.
